1 Definitions & Interpretations

The following words and phrases used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the bdbok website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "Member" refers to any individual registered on bdbok who has met the required age.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits or additional balance provided subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total bet amount required before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on bdbok and use the platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and deposited funds will be returned.
• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts may be suspended or terminated.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. bdbok reserves the right to close accounts where false information has been provided.
• Your account password and login details must be kept completely confidential. Sharing your account with a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspicious activity or breach of account access must be reported to our support team immediately.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdbok may verify members' identities to ensure safe and transparent service. Documents such as a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate may be requested for verification. bdbok may require this verification to be completed at any time before processing a withdrawal request. Failure to cooperate with verification may delay or suspend withdrawals.

4 Deposit Rules

The following applies when depositing funds on bdbok:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this amount are not possible.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions can only be made through these four methods.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. However, there may be some delay depending on the payment method.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited.
• bdbok reserves the right to cancel any transaction where funds are deposited from a suspicious or illegal source.

5 Withdrawal Rules

The following terms apply when withdrawing funds:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified payment method.
• Under normal circumstances, approved withdrawals are completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• To withdraw bonus balance, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• If money laundering or any other illegal activity is suspected, the withdrawal will be held until an investigation is completed.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Rules regarding bdbok bonuses and promotional offers:

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
• To withdraw bonus winnings, the wagering requirement must be met — you must bet 20 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period. Unused bonus balance may be cancelled after it expires.
• Using multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
• bdbok reserves the right to modify bonus terms or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• The VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback rewards apply at each tier. The opportunity to advance to higher tiers is open to all.

7 Acceptable Use Policy

When using the bdbok platform, you must refrain from the following:

• Any fraudulent activity, manipulation, or attempt to alter game outcomes using software or other means.
• Playing games using bots, automation software, or AI programs.
• Harassing, insulting, or disrupting the gaming experience of other members.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform or attempting cyber attacks.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.

8 Gaming Rules

Each game on bdbok operates according to specific rules. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. A "fair play" policy is followed across all games. If you have a dispute regarding a game result, notify our support team — we will review the matter. If a live casino game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the last confirmed result will be considered valid.

9 Sports Betting Rules

The following applies when placing sports bets on bdbok:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event or match is officially declared void.
• If an event starts earlier or later than scheduled, the validity of bets will be at bdbok's discretion.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake placed on that event will be refunded.
• For accumulator bets, if one selection is void, the remaining selections will be settled according to the applicable rules.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

bdbok may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false information during identity verification.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Self-exclusion activated at the member's own request.

If an account is closed, the verified real balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless a forfeiture decision has been made due to a violation.

11 Security & Privacy

• Members' personal information is not sold or transferred to any third party.

Copying, distributing, or using these commercially without prior written permission is prohibited. Game content is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective game developers.

16 Changes to Terms

bdbok reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.
